IMA has worked with sustainability for many years. We work actively with several of the global goals, above all through the products and solutions we can offer the world. Being part of helping people collect and sort waste is part of making us more sustainable.
In the past year, we have also worked intensively on learning more about sustainability and sustainable business based on ISO 26,000. The global standard that takes a holistic approach to sustainable development and helps organizations translate principles of social responsibility into practical measures.
Our goal this year is to be verified according to ISO 26,000 in the fall of 2023. In connection with that, we will also be assessed by the global platform for sustainability EcoVadis. There we can collaborate, develop and improve together with both customers and suppliers. Being part of a network that aims to reduce our footprint on the earth and become more sustainable with each passing day are big and prioritized goals for us.
